Service Operations Administrator - Position now taken

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Operations Administrator to work from our company HQ to assist Group Management team with day to day operational control encompassing global teams of service consultants located in over 55 countries.

We deliver bespoke software systems plus physical advice and guidance to more than 80 of the world's best hotel groups and key tour operators to help them maintain standards in all their global sites. Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the correct standards of work are maintained, assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Operational scheduling throughout all group destinations, credit control, and new business administration 
  • Planning & scheduling client visits, arranging accommodation and ensuring all business trip requirements are controlled
  • Produce reports and provide support for all physical site visits, audits and management information as required

Key skills required
  • Flexible ability to work within a small, dynamic but relaxed team with constantly changing pressures and commitments
  • An enthusiastic and capable service administrator able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage change where required
  • Previous experience in administration and a flair for managing business relationships is welcomed but not essential for the right candidate
  • Demonstrate good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with accurate data entry and analytical skills and experience of learning new skills in a busy, demanding and constantly changing environment
  • University degree or an equivalent experience is welcomed
  • Have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate good organisational ability, time management and people management skills
