An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Auditing Consultant to cover the Antalya region in Turkey for several of our leading clients.

We help clients not only to protect their brand through proactive management systems and standards, but also by allowing them to unlock the economic benefits associated with increases in efficiency, quality and productivity.

We deliver bespoke software systems plus physical advice and guidance to more than 80 of the world's best hotel groups and key tour operators to help them maintain standards in all their global sites. General Responsibilities

  • Delivery of client audits & inspections using company bespoke software and providing proactive advice and guidance to clients for effective corrective action
  • Responsible for personal standards and delivery quality, face to face client management and timely verification, checking and uploading of audit reports
  • Reporting directly to the local Turkish management team for day to day operation and UK HQ for general and account management tasks
Specific Responsibilities
Job Execution
  • Ensure that all audits are completed and reports are added on to bespoke software meeting company specific standards
  • Undertake initial and feedback meetings with client management teams to discuss findings plus next steps
  • Discuss recommendations after each audit of additional modules that could further help clients standards to Commercial Director & HQ
Field Reporting
  • Prepare and submit a complete and accurate audit report to the cloud making sure that all required information appropriately completed and advice detailed for data integrity purposes.
  • Maintains regular communication with the local Turkish management team with reference to audit status, operational time management and contract updates
Training & Experience
  • Training and support will be provided to improve and increase already existing skills and knowledge before commencement of audits 1st April
  • General tourism knowledge and security experience is preferred
  • General HACCP, safety and hygiene experience is a pre-requisite
Job Specification
  • Ability to work and reside in Turkey for a 6 month summer season is essential - Turkish National, Business Visa Holder or having a right of permanent residence required
  • Ability to converse fluently in both Turkish and English
  • Extensive travel will be required to visit multiple client sites within region and further afield as necessary
  • Possess a recognised Food Safety qualification
  • Seasonal contract initially (TBC)
  • Salary depending on experience
